   • No refunds will be issued if the cancellation is notified 30 days prior to the departure date.

   • Full payment must be received on the day you land in Nepal.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

   • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of the request.

   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined in the cancellation policy.

3. Travel Insurance:

   • We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.

   • Travel insurance should cover trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unexpected circumstances.

   • Pilgrimage Nepal is not responsible for any expenses or losses incurred due to the traveler's failure to obtain adequate insurance coverage.

4. Changes to Itinerary:

   • Pilgrimage Nepal reserves the right to make changes to itineraries as necessary. These changes may be due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or events beyond our control.

   • Any alterations to the itinerary will be communicated to the traveler as promptly as possible. Travelers are encouraged to stay informed about updates to their travel plans.

5. Passports and Visas:

   • It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid passports and any required visas for the entire duration of the trip.

   • Pilgrimage Nepal is not liable for any issues, delays, or additional expenses incurred due to inadequate travel documentation.

6. Health and Safety:

   • Travelers are responsible for checking and adhering to health and vaccination requirements for their chosen destination.

   • Pilgrimage Nepal is not liable for any health-related issues or emergencies that may arise during the trip.

   • We strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before traveling and obtaining any necessary vaccinations or medications.

7. Conduct and Compliance:

   • Travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and comply with local laws and regulations at all times during the trip.

   • Pilgrimage Nepal reserves the right to remove any traveler who violates these guidelines, with no refund provided.

8. Liability:

   • Pilgrimage Nepal acts as an intermediary between the traveler and various service providers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

   • We are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, accidents, delays, or expenses resulting from factors beyond our control.

9. Photography and Marketing:

   • Travelers consent to Pilgrimage Nepal using their images, videos, and testimonials for marketing purposes unless specified otherwise in writing.

10. Miscellaneous:

• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the traveler and Pilgrimage Nepal.

• Any amendments or waivers must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
