No refunds will be issued if the cancellation is notified 30 days prior to the departure date.

Full payment must be received on the day you land in Nepal.

Pilgrimage Nepal is not responsible for any expenses or losses incurred due to the traveler's failure to obtain adequate insurance coverage.

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid passports and any required visas for the entire duration of the trip.

Travelers consent to Pilgrimage Nepal using their images, videos, and testimonials for marketing purposes unless specified otherwise in writing.
